This award-winning luxury wine estate between Stellenbosch and Somerset West offers a signature fine dining restaurant, ultra-modern wedding and function facilities with magnificent 360-degree views of the surrounding Helderberg & Stellenbosch Mountains, endless vineyards and Table Mountain on the horizon. ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly polished, well-organised and professional PERSONAL ASSISTANT / GUEST RELATION HOSTESS & RESTAURANT RESERVATIONIST to plan; create, coordinate and arrange all VIP guest itineraries from arrival to departure including hosting to welcoming on the day of arrival as well as to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience whether in the restaurant, tasting room or function venue. REQUIREMENTS: ° Highly presentable, well-spoken and confident personality ° Ideally 3 - 4 years’ experience in Administration, Wine Estate or Hotel Front Office Operations Reservations or Fine Dining Restaurant Hostess & Reservations ° Qualification in Hotel or Hospitality Mgt, Travel & Tourism an advantage ° Experience in Restaurant Reservations & Booking Systems such as Dine Plan a huge advantage ° Strong computer literacy of MS Outlook, Word and Excel ° Excellent Admin, Planning & Coordinating Skills are ESSENTIAL ° Highly proficient in English with additional languages an advantage ° Self-assured and positive when dealing with highly distinguished guests ° Knowledge of wines an advantage but not essential
