THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead and inspire a dedicated hospitality team
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping & Dining
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning and revenue management
- Maintain a warm, welcoming and luxurious environment
- Stay ahead of hospitality trends and continually raise standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in hotel or luxury guesthouse management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence
- Knowledge of hospitality software and current industry trends
- A hands-on, professional and guest-focused approach
