The expectation is that the successful candidate can coordinate between properties and is able to manage excursions and transfers and take ownership of the guest experience when guests are not at the property. We are looking for someone that is be well-presented and well-spoken , able to communicate with all demographics of guests and take ownership of his / her contribution to the guest experience and well as plan, book , and host off-site excursions, tours, and transfers while acting as a brand ambassador for a hospitality property. Detail: Duties: Plan and manage guest activities, tours, and transfers between properties and local attractions. Accompany guests on excursions, providing engaging local commentary and ensuring safety. Suggest and arrange custom itineraries based on individual guest preferences and interests. Maintain clear schedules with management and transport teams regarding guest movements. Provide professional and safe driving services for daily activities and transfers. Requirements: Grade 12 A tour guiding qualification will be an advantage At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role will be an advantage Driver's licence & valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/PDP). Deep knowledge of regional attractions, restaurants, wine farms, and cultural landmarks. Polished communication and hosting abilities to interact comfortably with diverse international guests.
