What You'll Do
- Be the payment pro: Action all payments in the mailbox accurately and on time—your goal is a clean inbox every day.
- Deliver excellence: Provide insanely customer-centric service that keeps DHL's reputation as a market leader.
- Stay compliant: Follow Global SOPs, ISO standards, and DHL procedures like a champ.
- Solve fast: Handle queries promptly and aim for first-time resolution.
- Track performance: Share daily stats with your supervisor and attend monthly coaching sessions to keep growing.
- Flex your skills: Jump in to support other functions when needed to keep the Contact Centre running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service or contact center roles.
- Customs knowledge and courier experience will be an advantage
- Skills: Communication, problem-solving, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
- Tech: Intermediate computer literacy and solid analytical skills.
- Education: Matric and Customs/Logistics related qualification
