- Develop, maintain, and review transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and transfer pricing requirements
- Review and analyse the management accounts of multiple business units within the group
- Prepare and consolidate monthly group management reports and financial information
- Coordinate and manage year-end audit processes, ensuring timely delivery of audit requirements and supporting documentation
- Ensure financial reporting and accounting practices are aligned with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions and annual financial reporting
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, balances, and loan accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency across the group
- Manage financial reporting across local and international operations
- Prepare and review group consolidated results
- Compile reporting packs for corporate stakeholders
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Produce management reports and financial insights
- Draft reports for board and governance committees
- Maintain group cash flow forecasts
- Assist with mergers and acquisition activities
- Support executive stakeholder presentations
Qualification
- CA(SA) non-negotiable
