- Coca-Cola Beverages Africa CCBA presents an exciting opportunity for a Group Lead: Supply Chain Finance, to join the Finance team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Head Finance Supply Chain.
- The Purpose of the Job is to provide comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business partnering support to the Supply Chain function by delivering actionable cost-to-serve insights, monitoring operational and capital expenditure performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, cost efficiency, financial control, and value creation across Supply Chain
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Cost-to-Serve Analysis & Reporting: Deliver accurate cost-to-serve reporting and analysis that identifies cost drivers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
- Operational Performance Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support Supply Chain leaders in improving productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Coordinate and prepare Supply Chain budgets, forecasts, and monthly outlooks to support planning accuracy and financial control.
- Performance Reporting & Variance Analysis: Produce timely and accurate reports highlighting key performance trends, risks, opportunities, and explanations of variances against budget and forecast.
- CAPEX Monitoring & Benefits Tracking: Support the evaluation, tracking, and reporting of Supply Chain capital investments to ensure delivery against approved business cases.
- Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Supply Chain operational teams to identify savings opportunities, support business cases, and promote financial discipline and best practices.
Skills, Experience & Education
Skills
- Ability to interpret operational and financial data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in ERP and BI reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
- 5 years experience in Finance, including 1 -3 years in operations, FMCG or Manufacturing
- Strong experience in cost-to-serve, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Proven record of partnering with operations to drive cost and efficiency improvements
- Multi-country or multi-site experience beneficial
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Professional certification e.g. CA, CIMA, ACCA is preferred
