Job Description: This role involves:

• Coordinating the monthly reporting cycle across multiple international subsidiaries

• Consolidating financial information and preparing group management reporting packs

• Driving the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the group

• Analysing group performance and identifying key business trends and risks

• Preparing executive-level financial reports and insightful performance commentary

• Performing detailed variance analysis across budgets, forecasts, and actual results

• Supporting strategic planning initiatives, scenario modelling, and decision-making processes

• Collaborating with finance teams across multiple countries and jurisdictions

• Enhancing reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes through continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in FP&A, group reporting, consolidations, or financial analysis

• Experience coordinating budgets and forecasts within a multi-entity environment

• Strong understanding of IFRS and group consolidation principles

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

• Exceptional analytical thinking and commercial acumen

• Strong planning, organisational, and project management skill

Qualification

• CA(SA), ACA, ACCA OR CIMA
