An international group with operations across multiple countries is seeking a Group Financial Planning & Consolidation Analyst to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident liaising with finance teams across different regions and cultures. Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

The successful candidate will coordinate group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple entities while providing meaningful analysis and insights to senior leadership. You will be responsible for consolidating financial information, analysing performance, identifying key trends and variances, and supporting the business with financial planning and decision-making. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

• Coordinate monthly group reporting across multiple entities

• Consolidate management accounts and financial information

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

• Perform variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast results

• Provide financial analysis and commentary to support decision-making

• Assist with scenario modelling and financial planning initiatives

• Work closely with finance teams across multiple regions

• Support improvements to reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

• Ensure reporting deadlines are met and information remains accurate and reliable

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience within a multinational or group environment advantageous

• Knowledge of group consolidations and IFRS beneficial

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• CA(SA) or CIMA professional qualification preferred
