Financial Management
• Preparation, analysis, and management of financial statements and budgets • Cash flow management and cost control • Ensure legal and tax compliance • Manage audit processes • Forecasting and financial risk management Property Management:
• Screening and negotiating with potential new tenants • Management of lease agreements for residential, commercial properties, and tower rentals • Enforcing lease terms and handling rental collections • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs • Maintaining communication with tenants and ensuring regulatory compliance Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in financial management, preferably within the agricultural sector
- Property Knowledge: Experience in property rentals and management is a strong advantage
- Software Proficiency: Xero Accounting Software, SimplePay, Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and think strategically
