• Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements across multiple entities • Ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards (IFRS / IFRS for SMEs) and regulatory requirements • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the group • Drive group-wide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making • Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors • Monitor internal controls, financial policies, and risk management processes • Ensure accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliations • Oversee tax planning, VAT, and corporate income tax compliance • Provide strategic financial input to group leadership and play a key role in board reporting • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals across business units Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent
- Minimum 710 years experience in a senior finance role, with exposure to group structures and consolidations
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and commercial acumen
