- The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage multi-layered teams while ensuring effective financial controls and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- CA(SA) or a similar relevant finance qualification
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Group Finance Manager
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-layered teams, including managers or supervisors
- Hands-on oversight of debtors, creditors and month-end reporting in a high-volume environment
- Essential experience in FMCG, retail or a similar fast-paced operational business
