- Prepare, review and analyse monthly management accounts and group reporting
- Assist with group consolidations, variance analysis and financial commentary
- Oversee payments, cash management and cash-flow visibility
- Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Monitor working capital and proactively identify cash-flow risks and opportunities
- Prepare executive and board reporting packs, including polished financial slides and insightful commentary
- Perform detailed reconciliations and ensure reporting deadlines and financial controls are maintained
- Partner with finance and operational teams to understand key movements and drive improved financial visibility
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to senior management
What were looking for
- CA(SA) with approximately 2 years post-articles experience
- Strong technical accounting and reporting foundation
- Exposure to group finance, consolidations, audit, commercial or multi-entity environments
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and reporting abilities
- Comfortable preparing board packs and executive-level presentations
- Commercially aware, resilient and highly detail-oriented
- A hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven head-office environment
