• Manage group financial reporting and consolidations • Oversee the full finance function across multiple entities • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Monitor and analyse stock, costing, and project performance • Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting standards • Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights • Lead and mentor finance team members Requirements Qualifications
• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification • Completed Articles (SAICA/SAIPA preferred) • CIMA qualification advantageous Experience
• 10-15 years' finance experience • Minimum 3 years in a senior finance leadership role • Strong experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction environments • Proven experience with stock management, costing, and project accounting Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- German language proficiency advantageous
- Mature, hands-on, and results-driven approach
