The Grindrod Youth Internship Programme is aimed at developing young talent by providing unemployed graduates with practical work experience within various functions of the business. The programme supports Grindrod's commitment to transformation, skills development, and building a strong pipeline of future talent. Duties & Responsibilities
Internship opportunities will be available in the following functional areas:
- Maritime and Logistics
- Containers
- Bulk
- Rail
- Supply Chain and Procurement
- Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ)
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Quality Management
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Communications or Public Relations
Desired Experience & Qualification
Applicants must be
• South African citizens • Aged between the ages of 18-32 • Unemployed and available for the full internship period. • Completed a diploma or degree in one of the funtional areas mentioned above. • Posess good communication and interpersonal skills.
