Location: CPT - Atlantic Seaboard Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) Report to: OwnerWe are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create captivating marketing collateral for the Hospitality industry. As a key member of the team, you will design both digital and print materials in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality marketing materials according to briefs and brand standards
- Create digital content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns
- Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters
- Adapt artwork for different platforms and audiences
- Support marketing campaigns and hotel promotions
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity
- Prepare print and digital-ready artwork
- Manage briefs, revisions, and stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Maintain an organised library of brand assets
- Conduct quality checks on designs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay updated on design and marketing trends
- Assist with photography, video content, and presentations
Requirements
- Graphic Design Diploma or related qualification
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio in digital and print design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in preparing artwork for print and digital
- Ability to translate business requirements into visual solutions
