Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and willingness to learn to join our Brand and Advertising team. You will be required to work closely with our design team to create high-quality visuals for a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, websites, social media content, and more. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Understanding the needs to the internal Client and brainstorming creative concepts with the current Graphic Designer, Intern and Senior graphic Designer and then executing these. Assist in the design of visual assets, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, email templates, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to bring concepts to life based on brand guidelines and client needs. Work with various digital and print media, ensuring high-quality execution across all platforms. Edit and retouch images as needed to meet project specifications and using the appropriate typography and creating balance within the design. Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper formatting and resolution. Revise and update designs based on feedback from the senior graphic designer. Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Maintain consistency in design and branding across all projects. Check that artwork from the various agencies is compliant with the Corporate Identity approved by OPSCO. Keep reference of all artwork produced in keeping with the requirements from the FSCA. Guiding, working with and assisting the Graphic Design Intern to better his/her skills.
