Grant Finance Officer

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance position. Strong understanding of accounting processes and principles. Good knowledge of Balance Sheets and Income Statements. Experience with the full accounting cycle, from accounts processing through to preparation of financial statements. Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems. NETSUITE experience will be an advantage. Good understanding of financial controls, compliance, and budget monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with implementing partners and internal teams. Personal Competencies Detail-oriented and highly organised. Able to analyse financial information and identify discrepancies or compliance issues. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Committed to maintaining high standards of financial integrity and accountability. Able to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
