Blue-chip and listed Insurance company specialising in Health, Life, Personal Lines and Investments requires a Graduate to develop a career as a Broker Consultant to market products and develop relationships with a panel of brokers. There is training provided and initially the position will be based in a call centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong releationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFA's); Serve as primary point of contact for IFA's.
2) Sales and Business Development - Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting company products to IFA's; Identify new business opportunities to IFA's.
3) Training and Support - Conduct training sessions and workshops for IFA's to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques; Provide product comparisons, market insights and sales tools to IFA's.
4) Product Knowledge - Maintain your own in-depth knowledge of the company's products, policies and industry regulations.
5) Reporting and Analysis - Track and report sales performance, IFA activity and market trends to management.
6) Compliance - Guide IFA's on compliance and ethical selling practices
Desired Experience & Qualification
- NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related fields from a reputable, South African university
- South African citize
- Excellent English - written and spoken
- Willingness in the future to get a driver's license and own car
