- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing UAT.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for SAP-related queries.
- Participate in business process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in documenting system processes, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions.
- Gain exposure to SAP project methodologies and best practices.
- Develop knowledge across various SAP functional and technical modules.
Requirements
- Qualifications and experience : National Diploma in Information Technology or a related qualification. Successfully completed an SAP S/4HANA qualification or certification. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts and business processes. No prior work experience required, however, internships or vacation work will be advantageous
- Skills : Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
