About the Programme

• Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales, technology, and building meaningful customer relationships?
• We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded graduates to join our 12-month Sales Graduate Programme. This programme has been designed to develop the next generation of sales professionals and future commercial leaders within Core Group.
• Throughout the programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across various sales channels and business functions, working alongside experienced sales leaders and high-performing teams. You'll develop the practical skills, commercial understanding, and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced technology sales environment.

During the programme, you'll

• Gain practical experience within Core Group's commercial and sales environment.
• Support the Sales team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, retail partners, and customers.
• Analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to support business decisions.
• Assist with sales planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational activities.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Learn about product launches, promotional campaigns, and commercial strategies across multiple technology brands.
• Develop an understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience.
• Present ideas, recommendations, and project updates to business leaders.
• Participate in ongoing learning, coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

A completed Bachelor's Degree obtained within the last three years in one of the following fields:

• Business Management
• Marketing
• Commerce BCom
• Economics
• Industrial Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Supply Chain
• Information Systems
• Finance
• Or a related qualification.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel where required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gauteng.
