Megapro 2027 Graduate Programme
Location: Johannesburg | In-office
Duration: 12 months | January – December 2027
About the Programme
Megapro is looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our 2027 Graduate Programme .
This 12-month programme offers an opportunity to step into the business of sport and gain practical, hands-on experience within a leading sports marketing and commercial agency. The successful candidate will work across different areas of the business, gaining exposure to live events, commercial projects, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of events
- Conduct market, industry and sponsorship research
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and reports
- Support marketing campaigns and content creation
- Assist with general project coordination and day-to-day business activities
- Collaborate with different teams and divisions across the business
- Provide administrative and operational support where required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must
- Be a South African citizen
- Be graduating at the end of 2026
- Be completing a qualification in Marketing, Sports Management, Business or a related field
- Have a strong interest in sport and the business of sport
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be organised with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
