About the Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for two ambitious and motivated graduates to join our Commercial Building Services (CBS) team through a structured 12-month learnership programme .

The programme combines formal theoretical learning with practical workplace experience.  Learners will gain practical exposure to customer engagement, technical product support, sales administration, business operations, technical product selection and project coordination while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced industry professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day CBS operational activities

• Assist with customer enquiries and administrative processes

• Participate in technical product selection activities

• Maintain accurate records and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with team members across multiple business functions

• Participate in workplace learning and development initiatives

• Support continuous improvement projects and operational activities

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen

• Completed qualification in:

• Industrial Engineering (preferred), or

• Other relevant Engineering

• Technical disciplines

• Qualification obtained from a recognised university or accredited institution

• No previous full-time work experience

• Strong digital literacy and computer skills

Package & Remuneration

Stipend:  Between R12 000pm - R18 000pm
