Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Investment Management

• Achieved 70% or higher in Mathematics

• Valid South African Driver’s Licence

• Strong interest and passion for financial markets and investments

• Confident, professional, and outgoing personality

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities: As part of the graduate programme, you will gain valuable exposure to the financial advisory environment and support client-focused initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing client-facing support to the advisory team

• Managing and maintaining client information on the CRM system (Wealthbox)

• Assisting with client communications and relationship management

• Coordinating meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups

• Supporting the creation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch materials

• Assisting with planning and coordinating client events

• Ensuring smooth administrative and operational support across the advisory function
