- Grade 12 plus completed undergraduate tertiary qualification in Dental Assistant at NQF 6 National Diploma / NQF 7 Degree.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa HPCSA.
- Must have South African Citizenship. Interns who have already completed a 24 months internship program may NOT apply for these advertised positions.
- Must be between the age of 18 - 35 Youth.Historically disadvantaged individuals will receive preference.
Knowledge and Skills
- Communication and computer skills; Sound organisational skills; Literacy; Time management; Problem solving; Numeracy skills; Well presented and neat, telephone etiquette.
Duties
- Basic tasks as assigned by the mentor in relation to Dental Assistant and the Learner Guide/ Workbook/Logbook.
- Compulsory to attend the funded Personal Mastery Course pertaining to Work Integrated Learning appointees.
