Our client, a Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering company in Centurion is looking for a Graduate expecting to complete their BEng Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree in 2026. The company offering a 5 year ECSA approved structured mentorship development program aimed to supporting progression towards a professional engineer registration.

Minimum requirements
- Final year BEng Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (A must / no other qualification will be accepted)
- Strong academic record / full academic transcript required
- Must be willing to learn, grow and commit to a structured professional development journey with the company
- Exposure to experienced mentors and engineering projects
- Practical workplace development in a professional environment committed to technical excellence, quality and skills development
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability required with good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
