The requirements for this position are: A suitable professional qualification and appropriate educational experience, particularly in girls’ education The applicant should be an excellent teacher who can engage and inspire young girls while understanding the considerable part all teachers play in supporting children emotionally, and the significant link this has to academic achievement A record of creativity, innovation, commitment and professionalism A passion for teaching and for the young people whose learning you are expected to inspire A willingness to embrace rapid changes in education and an interest and ability to integrate ICT into your teaching and learning A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. An awareness of the nature of the school and willingness to commit to its all-round ethos, co-curricular activities and pastoral approach A willingness to work within the Methodist ethos of the College.
