• Proven experience in IT Governance, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance in complex environments. • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Governance, Risk Management, or a related field. • Track record of facilitating senior forums and presenting directly to Executive and Audit Committees. • Strong expertise in control design, gap analysis, and establishing governance KPIs. Nice-to-Haves / Certifications
• COBIT 2019 (Foundation or Design & Implementation) • CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, or ITIL certifications • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor certification • Post-graduate qualification Key Responsibilities
• Own & Transform: Design, mature, and continuously improve the Technology Governance Framework and operating models. • Assess & Monitor: Perform governance maturity assessments, evaluate control effectiveness across tech domains, and drive audit remediation plans. • Executive Advisory: Produce executive-level insights/reporting and facilitate strategic governance committees. • Drive Adoption: Embed proactive governance and compliance practices across business and engineering units through clear education and frameworks.
