Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through compliance and audit readiness initiatives, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 • Conduct compliance assessments and support audit preparation activities • Assist with security questionnaires, risk assessments, policies, and procedures • Advise clients on governance, risk management, and compliance best practices • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout compliance engagements • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through customer and market feedback • Prepare and present professional compliance documentation and reports Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Law, Accounting, Business, or a related field advantageous
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Technology Risk, Compliance, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Information Security, or a related field
• Proven experience managing compliance projects and audit engagements
• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
• Experience responding to security questionnaires and compliance assessments

• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles
• Knowledge of information security regulations and frameworks
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing compliance documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Advantageous Certifications:
• CISSP
• CISA
• CISM
• CCSK
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

• Additional Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities
• Self-driven and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
