Role Summary
The Golf Project Manager is responsible for supporting divisional and organizational financial targets through professional, effective, and profitable event and project management methodologies. The role involves end-to-end management of multiple events and existing golf sponsorship accounts, applying sponsorship principles, driving commercial success, and maintaining strong client and rights-owner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account & Sponsorship Management
Manage and nurture client relationships, conceptualizing commercial proposals and strategies.
Oversee marketing content, player management, and activation support.
Understand contractual deliverables, brief legal contracts, and respond to proposals.
Schedule and conduct regular status meetings with clients, maintaining precise documentation (operations reports, minutes, scope change budgets).
Build rapport across multiple executive levels to retain clients and generate new business opportunities.
