Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors while managing golf bookings and tee time reservations.
• Process point-of-sale transactions, cash-ups, and competition administration.
• Merchandise golf apparel and equipment while maintaining an organised Pro Shop.
• Assist with stock control, pricing, promotional displays, and new product promotions.
• Support golf competitions, tournaments, golf days, and club events.
• Build strong relationships with members and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Passion for golf with a good understanding of the game and golfing etiquette.
• Essential: Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Previous experience in a golf club, pro shop, hospitality, or retail environment advantageous.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and POS system experience.
• Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
