Overview

This is an entry-level with possible 1 yr experience in Demand Planning position designed to provide foundational experience in demand forecasting and supply chain planning. It involves hands-on work with data analysis, forecasting tools, and reporting systems to support accurate demand planning. The role will support the end-to-end demand planning cycle, including data gathering, forecast generation, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, which directly influences inventory levels, customer service, and cost efficiency.
Identify trends and insights from sales and market data to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand plans with business objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems e.g., SAP, Oracle and demand planning tools e.g., APO, O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan is advantageous.
Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English written and verbal; additional languages are a plus depending on the region.
Flexibility to work across different time zones or markets if required
