We are seeking a dependable Generator Service Technician to service, test, install, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial generator systems in a professional field-service environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience working on industrial diesel generators, strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability, and a clear commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service.
Key duties: carry out preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, installations, and repairs; identify root causes of faults; recommend suitable parts or service actions; complete accurate service documentation; and communicate findings professionally to customers and team members.
Requirements: technical trade qualification or recognized apprenticeship, basic electrical knowledge, proven mechanical repair capability, valid national driver’s license preferably EC or EB, computer literacy, physical fitness for field work, willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required, and ability to meet company screening requirements.
