This position will be based in Pretoria East. We are looking for your extensive recruitment experience working across various permanent roles in Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecommunications, Sales and Marketing, Medical, and Office Support. Role Purpose The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning support, strategic sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, selection, negotiating recruitment terms, offer management, and onboarding with the client. The role also includes business development through the acquisition of new clients and the growth of existing client relationships. Qualifications and Required Experience: Matric/ Grade 12 with a completed qualification in Human Resource Management. 5 to 10 Years' recruitment experience in a full-cycle recruitment environment at all levels in an organisation for both temporary and permanent positions. Demonstrated hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking tools, job boards, LinkedIn, Pnet, Placement Partner, or similar sourcing platforms. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. English a must with excellent business communication skills. Valid South African driver's licence and own reliable transport. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and advanced Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Detail: Key Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to successful placement. Sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting quality candidates. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. Conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ATS databases. Ensuring compliance with labour legislation and POPIA requirements. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Growing existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery. Meeting placement, revenue and client satisfaction targets.
