To perform a range of general services ranging from cleaning, gardening, basic facility maintenance or preparation of food and beverages in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).
Key performance areas
- Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy customers.
- Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
- Own and live up to the company values.
- Execute own work according to set operating procedures service level agreements.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to (daily to 3 months).
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance.
- Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making.
Qualification required
- Upper secondary education final year School Grade 12/matric (NQF Level 4)
Skills and experience required
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Applies standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions consistently.
- Demonstrates knowledge of workplace health, safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements
- Learns and adapts to new, processes, and work methods through training and on-the-job experience.
