MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic adult education
DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English language
CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES
- Basic PC literacy advantage.
- Communication course advantage.
- Training in handling complaints, conflict and criticism advantage.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in Tea Lady / Cleaning duties. 18 – 24 months
