Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Car Sales Manager within a vehicle dealership
- Strong background in premium vehicle sales
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Commercially astute with excellent financial and operational management skills
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and reporting tools
- Valid driver's licence
- Clear criminal record and sober habits
- Contactable references
