Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Masters or Honours degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 8 – 10 years’ experience in operations management position within a logistics environment
- Strong experience managing Warehouse, Transport, Inventory, Customer Service, Facilities and Fleet Operations
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, ISO and FSSC 22000 standards
- Experience managing a large, unionised workforce
- Strong Industrial Relations experience, including disciplinary hearings and CCMA exposure
- Experience within a food logistics environment, with exposure to short shelf-life, frozen, ambient and chilled products
