A financial background is mandatory, supported by good references and relevant qualifications. Qualifications: A tertiary qualification (such as a degree or diploma in Business Management, Nursing, or Hospitality Studies) is highly advantageous. Background Checks: Clean credit and criminal records are mandatory.
