We're looking for a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across rail maintenance and project activities . Detail: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business growth and operational strategy Oversee projects, budgets, resources, risk and commercial performance Take ownership of profitability, cash flow and cost control Lead and develop experienced technical and operational teams Manage key client and industry relationships Support tenders, estimating and contract negotiations Build the systems and structure required for significant growth REQUIREMENTS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline 10–15 years' experience in civil infrastructure, rail, construction or related environments 5+ years' senior management / business unit leadership or general management role Strong project, commercial and financial management experience Rail infrastructure or heavy civil construction experience advantageous.
