Detail: Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field. 8–15 years' manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role. Proven experience in metal pressing, fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance. Strong commercial, leadership, customer relationship, and people management skills. Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
