Start free — we apply for you →- B Tech or B Degree (NQF level 7) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Natural Science a related NQF level 7 qualification in the Engineering field. • Postgraduate qualification in above fields or Business Management provides an added advantage. • 10 years’ experience in the related field, of which 5 years must have been at Senior Management Level. Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of the legislation and regulations related to the accountable field; In-depth knowledge of Legal Metrology Technical Regulations and others relating to the field; Working knowledge of the NRCS act; In-depth knowledge of regional and international treaties, trade protocols and mutual acceptance arrangements; In-depth knowledge of quality management systems; In-depth knowledge of corporate governance policies and procedures; In-depth knowledge of business strategy, planning and reporting processes; Working knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA); Very good knowledge of financial management and budgeting; Very good management skills and knowledge; Working knowledge of the calibration process; Working knowledge of risk management Behavioural attribute's Planning and organisation skills; Excellent communication skills; Leadership skills; Highly analytical; Inquisitive; Strategic orientation; Ability to exert influence; Excellent report writing skills; Presentation skills; Negotiation skills’; Sound judgement .
