An established specialist fertiliser manufacturer seeks a technically credible, commercially minded leader to drive its next phase of growth.
The role
- Lead sales strategy, key accounts and new business.
- Grow markets across Africa and develop product opportunities.
- Take ownership of profitability and business performance.
- Lead an experienced sales, operations and finance team.
What you bring
- A relevant agricultural or technical degree.
- Strong fertiliser, micronutrient or plant-nutrition knowledge.
- Customer credibility, commercial judgement and leadership experience.
- Readiness to take full business responsibility.

Permanent, full-time, with client travel and approximately 2–3 days per week at the Benoni office/plant.
Package: R1.25 million annual on-target earnings, including performance incentive, plus a company vehicle.
