Our client is looking for an operator: someone who can walk onto a live construction site, work out what needs to happen before opening day, build the plan, and get on with it without waiting to be told. Someone who is not scared to take full ownership and accountability.

The concept combines golf simulators, darts, a bar, and a broader social and entertainment offering, with food supplied through on-site restaurant partners rather than an in-house kitchen. The right person will treat this like their own business from day one, building it from the ground up, then running it that way once the doors are open.
