General Manager

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded professional who enjoys working across different areas of the business and taking ownership of overall business performance and day-to-day management.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, drive business objectives, build strong stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. The role will also involve extensive international travel and engagement with customers, suppliers and business partners across different markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the overall management and coordination of the business nationally and internationally.

Assist with the implementation of business strategies, plans and objectives .

Monitor business activities, performance and key targets.

Coordinate activities between departments and ensure effective communication.

Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.

Assist with financial, operational and administrative management.

Manage and coordinate projects and business initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to employees and management where required.

Identify and resolve business and operational issues.

Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are followed.

Prepare reports and provide relevant information and recommendations to management.

Represent the company professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Attend meetings, events and business functions as required.

Extensive t ravel locally and internationally as required by the business.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Previous experience in business management, operations or a related role.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Good financial and commercial understanding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.

Professional, reliable and results-oriented.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
