Duties & Responsibilities
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our small but mighty team of dedicated employees. You’ll oversee operations, sales, and production, ensuring our products meet the highest safety standards while guiding the company toward sustainable growth. Your leadership will directly shape our culture, efficiency, and reputation in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across production, sales, and administration.
- Manage budgets, supply chains, and inventory to keep production running smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key customers.
- Drive business development and identify new market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a small business or manufacturing environment.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of PPE manufacturing or textiles (chainsaw protective gear experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
Min 10 years in management of retail/FMCG/production
English as a first language
Ability to work in Hilton, KZN
Drivers license
