Are you a commercially astute General Manager who can balance strategy, leadership, operational excellence and people engagement? This role requires far more than reporting and oversight. The client is looking for a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, someone who can develop strategy, drive performance, grow revenue, build customer relationships and create a culture where people thrive Duties & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or related field

• Postgraduate qualification advantageous

• 5-8+ years' experience as a General Manager within a related technical environment

• Strong business and commercial acumen

• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy

• Strong financial management and operational leadership skills

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior managers

• Previous experience reporting into a Group structure advantageous

• Strong stakeholder relationship and customer management capability
