General Manager (Gaming / Casino)

This is a role for a true business all-rounder who can move seamlessly between finance, operations, HR, technology and people management. You'll be responsible for keeping the operation running efficiently, driving profitability, strengthening processes and building a team that delivers consistently. Key Responsibilities

• Qualification open, relevant experience and capability are key • 10+ years' experience in a similar General Management or senior operational leadership role • Broad exposure to finance, operations, HR, IT and team management • Experience working with CRM platforms and operational systems • Strong commercial awareness and financial management capabilities • Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage diverse teams • Analytical, solutions-driven and comfortable making tough decisions • People-orientated, with the confidence to be assertive when needed • Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and results • Ability to balance operational performance, customer experience and compliance The challenge?
