Area of specialization: To provide strategic leadership and executive oversight of NTCSA's Corporate Services portfolio, encompassing Security, SHREQ, Facilities Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Branding, and Fleet Management.
The role is accountable for developing integrated strategies, governance frameworks and enabling services that promote organisational resilience, stakeholder confidence, corporate reputation, regulatory compliance, employee wellbeing, operational efficiency and sustainable performance. The position further provides oversight of Business Support Services to ensure effective coordination, governance, administration and service delivery across the Corporate Services portfolio. • Extensive knowledge of Corporate Services strategy and enterprise enablement. • Extensive knowledge of corporate security, resilience and business continuity management. • Extensive knowledge of SHREQ frameworks. • Knowledge of marketing, branding and stakeholder management. • Strong knowledge of fleet management, transport governance, vehicle lifecycle management and fleet optimisation practices. • Sound understanding of integrated business-support services and operational service-delivery models. Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification(s)
• Honours Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration/ Business Management/Management Sciences/Security Management/Environmental Management/Communications/Public Relations/Marketing/Facilities Management/Property Management/Transportation/Logistics Management/Occupational Health and Safety at NQF 8 with 480 credits Experience
• 10 years experience in advising executive management and governing structures on corporate services matters. • Proven track record in stakeholder management, change management, governance, compliance, and service delivery improvement. • Experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams and driving organisational performance in a complex environment. • Relevant experience in Corporate Services, facilities/property management, business services, enterprise support services or a related multidisciplinary environment, of which at least 5 years should have been at senior management/executive leadership level in a large and complex organisation Disclaimer: “If you have not been contacted within 28 days after the closing date of this advertisement, please accept that your application was unsuccessful.” “NTCSA is committed to equality, employment equity, and diversity.
