General Manager - Citrus Musina - Limpopo Market Related Salary (Depending on experience)
Our client in the Citrus sector is looking for a General Manager to join their team in Musina, Limpopo Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 and relevant Degree
- 10 year's experience in commercial citrus production of a similar scale
- Senior management responsibility within a meaningful citrus operation
- A demonstrated track record of successful agricultural performance
- Evidence of improving yield, fruit quality, pack out, productivity and/or cost performance
- Experience managing farm and production managers
- Responsibility for meaningful operating budgets and financial performance
- Familiarity with export citrus quality and market requirements
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans or English
