Duties & Responsibilities

• National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar technical qualification (Trade Tested candidates with extensive leadership experience will be considered)

• 5–8 years' experience in a technical manufacturing, precision engineering, or industrial production environment, with 3+ years in a BU or Production Management role

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, production scheduling, nesting software, and manufacturing processes

• Proven track record improving productivity, quality, machine utilisation, and reducing waste

• Experience managing production budgets, cost control, and operational performance

• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement
